We have made this many times, including tonight. I use flank steak and normally grill the meat on the BBQ. But given that it is now officially winter in Ottawa, we were not brave enough. Instead I seared the flank steak in a hot pan for abt 3-4 mins on each side and then put it in a 350 deg oven for abt 15-20 mins while the peppers and onions cooked. It was delicious as always!
